Information we may receive

The public website does not currently create user accounts or collect payment. When you choose to apply, you are directed to a Google Form that may request information such as your name, contact details, professional context, goals and responses relevant to assessing program fit.

We may also receive information you send directly by email and limited technical information generated by the hosting platform when you visit the website.

Why we use it

We may use personal data to:

• review and respond to applications;
• communicate program details and next steps;
• administer accepted participation;
• support safety, accessibility and dietary requirements;
• maintain appropriate legal, financial and operational records; and
• improve the application and participant experience using aggregated or anonymised information.

Consent and marketing

Information voluntarily provided in an application is used for the purposes described at the point of collection and in this notice. We do not treat a program application as blanket consent for unrelated marketing. Optional communications should be offered through a separate choice where applicable.

Service providers and overseas processing

The application forms are currently hosted by Google. Website hosting and other operational services may also process limited data on our behalf. Some service providers may process data outside Singapore under their own infrastructure and contractual arrangements.

Do not submit highly sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for the stated application or support purpose.

Protection and retention

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, business and legal requirements, dispute management or a legitimate archival need.

Access, correction and withdrawal

You may contact us to ask about personal data under our control, request correction or withdraw consent with reasonable notice. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, or where it is necessary to complete an existing contractual or administrative obligation.
