Application and Participation Terms
Last updated 17 July 2026
These terms explain the application process and the general conditions for participating in a Crack Your Strengths Quotient® program operated by Strengths Quotient Institute Pte Ltd (“SQI”, “we”, “us” or “the organiser”).
Cohort-specific details—including the program fee, venue, payment schedule, cancellation, postponement and transfer terms—will be provided to suitable applicants before they decide whether to accept a place. Where those accepted-offer terms differ from this page, the accepted-offer terms govern for that cohort.
1. Application does not guarantee admission
Submitting an application allows us to assess fit and contact you about the program. It does not guarantee admission, reserve a seat or create an obligation to pay. A place is confirmed only after you receive an offer, accept the stated terms and complete any required payment.
2. Program format
Unless stated otherwise in the cohort offer, CSQ comprises a three-day live, in-person immersion followed by four weeks of guided integration. Program timing, venue, language support and included materials will be stated in the cohort information supplied to accepted applicants.
3. Changes to dates, venue or delivery
We may make reasonable changes to dates, venue, facilitators, sequence or delivery arrangements when circumstances require it. We will notify affected participants as soon as reasonably practicable. Any rights or options following a material organiser-initiated change will be handled according to the accepted cohort terms.
4. Participant responsibility
CSQ is experiential and requires active participation, reflection and respectful engagement. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing and the way you apply anything learned through the program.
CSQ is educational and developmental. It is not medical, psychological, legal, investment or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for appropriately qualified professional care.
5. Respect, confidentiality and psychological safety
Participants are expected to treat one another respectfully and to protect personal stories or sensitive information shared by others. You may discuss your own learning, but you should not identify another participant or disclose their personal information without permission.
We may intervene or end a person’s participation where behaviour materially threatens safety, dignity, confidentiality or the learning environment. Any financial consequence will be considered under the accepted cohort terms and the circumstances involved.
6. Intellectual property
Program designs, simulations, facilitator materials, workbooks, models, report formats, slides, recordings and associated marks remain the intellectual property of SQI or their respective owners. Participation gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use participant materials for your own development.
You may not reproduce, teach, publish, sell, distribute, record or adapt protected program content without prior written permission.
7. Recording and photography
Participants may not make audio, video or photographic recordings during the program unless expressly permitted. If we wish to capture identifiable images, recordings or testimonials for public use, we will seek separate permission or provide a clear opt-out where appropriate.
8. Health, accessibility and dietary needs
Please tell us before the program about accessibility, health or dietary needs that may affect participation. We will make reasonable efforts to support disclosed needs, but we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated.
If an activity feels unsafe or unsuitable for you, pause and inform a facilitator. You are not required to disclose more personal information than is reasonably necessary for support and safety.
9. Personal data
Information submitted through the application form may be used to review your application, communicate with you, administer the program, support participant safety and maintain appropriate business records. The application is currently hosted through Google Forms, so Google’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to that service.
We do not treat an application as consent to unrelated marketing. Where optional updates or marketing communications are offered, consent should be requested separately. For questions, access or correction requests, or withdrawal of consent, contact CSQ@StrengthsQuotient.com.
10. Liability and reasonable care
We will use reasonable care in organising and delivering the program. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful or unreasonable to do so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from personal or business decisions made after the program.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. We encourage concerns to be raised directly and in good faith so that they can be addressed promptly.
